To Print a Single Resource – Click the “Print Resource” link within the resource listing to view a printer-friendly page. When the page opens, right-click within the page and select “Print”.
To Print Multiple Resources – First, select specific resources for your list by checking the “Add to List” box next to each resource. Or, to print all the resources shown on the page, check the “Add All To Print List” box. Next, click “Print List” to generate a printer-friendly PDF document. You can then print the document or save it to your computer.

Cincinnati Nature Center is the largest member-supported nature center in the country, with over 150,000 visitors a year. It provides the community with a unique and valuable education resource for innovative, nature-based learning opportunities in a variety of formats. School field trips, family and adult seasonal programming, summer camps, off-site travel, teacher retreats, in-school programs and volunteer classes all help connect individuals with nature.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week small group program designed for adult cancer survivors. The program fulfills the important need of supporting the increasing number of cancer survivors who find themselves in the transitional period between completing their cancer treatment and the shift to feeling physically and emotionally strong enough to attempt to return to their normal life, or their "new normal."
YMCA wellness instructors work with each participant to fit the program to their individual needs. The instructors are trained in the element of cancer, post rehab exercise and supportive cancer care.
This 12-week program consists of 75-minute sessions that meet two times per week. A 3-month YMCA membership is provided at no charge to the participants and their household family members.

The Wellness Community in our area offers people with cancer and their loved ones, free of charge, the support and resources they need to maintain a high quality of life and to cope with this life-threatening condition. Programs include a variety of weekly support groups, stress management advice, children's programs, classes in tai chi, yoga and nutrition and even an annual jokefest, making real the conventional wisdom that laughter is the best medicine. Support, stress management and wide-ranging education have proven to be an unbeatable combination.
