To Print a Single Resource – Click the “Print Resource” link within the resource listing to view a printer-friendly page. When the page opens, right-click within the page and select “Print”.
To Print Multiple Resources – First, select specific resources for your list by checking the “Add to List” box next to each resource. Or, to print all the resources shown on the page, check the “Add All To Print List” box. Next, click “Print List” to generate a printer-friendly PDF document. You can then print the document or save it to your computer.

Description:
The ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter serves 55 counties in the state of Ohio, serving individuals diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Care Coordinators are located in several regions, including Cincinnati, Dayton, Bluffton and at our Chapter office located in Columbus. Their mission is to serve those living with ALS by providing consultations from diagnosis to death. Their services include consultations, information and resource referrals, support groups for patients and families, ALS Multidisciplinary Clinics at University of Cincinnati/Drake Rehab Center and OhioHealth Clinic in Westerville, durable medical equipment loan program, communication device loans, monthly newsletters, children's resources, healthcare in-services for professionals, and ongoing support for the community seeking information on ALS.
