The mission of OPTIONS is to assist Ohioans with special health care needs and/or financial barriers to obtain dental care. OPTIONS patients are primarily adults; many are the "working poor" or elderly living on a fixed income. Pets In Need serves pet families with a total annual income that is 200% or less of the federal poverty level.

- Primary care: basic wellness/preventative services, treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes or renal failure; monthly flea and heartworm prevention
- Surgical services, including mass removals, enucleations, and routine spay/neuter
- Dental services, including routine prophylaxis, digital x-rays, and extractions
- Heartworm treatment
- Compassionate end-of-life care and humane euthanasia
