Council on Aging Advisory Council, Board of Trustees meet to approve Area Plan Updates and Title III Funding Awards

On Oct. 22, Council on Aging’s Advisory Council and Board of Trustees will meet to approve Program Year 2025 updates to COA’s 2023-2026 Area Plan for Programs on Aging, as well as Fiscal Year 2025 Title III Funding Awards. Comments from the public regarding the plan will be heard during these meetings.

The public portion of the Advisory Council meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. The public portion of the Board meeting will begin at 4 p.m. Both meetings will be held at Council on Aging’s headquarters, 4601 Malsbary Road, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242. Links to join these meetings virtually are included below, as well as meeting documents.

Elderly Services Programs

The five counties in the COA service area have Elderly Services Programs that are funded by county tax levies. COA administers these programs under contracts with county commissioners in Butler, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties. In each of these counties, oversight is provided by citizens groups appointed by the commissioners. In Clermont County, the program is administered by Clermont Senior Services.

All meetings are 3-5 p.m.
Meetings may be attended virtually or at LifeSpan, Inc., 1900 Fairgrove Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45014 in the Bever Conference Room.

Clinton County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council

2024 meeting dates: March 19, June 18, Sept. 17, Dec. 3

All meetings are 9-10:30 a.m. at the Clinton County Office Annex, 111 S. Nelson Street, Wilmington, OH 45177, Entrance B, Community Room A, with an option to join virtually.

Hamilton County Elderly Services Program Advisory Council
