Kim Clark, COA’s Vice President – Operations for Medicaid Services, has been selected to participate in the 13th class of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s WE Lead executive leadership development program. Kim will participate in the 10-month program alongside 53 other high-achieving women from the Cincinnati region.
Through a combination of professional development and executive coaching, WE Lead allows participants to discover and understand their strengths and communication styles, and learn the leadership skills and strategies necessary to become extraordinary leaders within their organization and the community.
“I’m honored to have been selected to participate in WE Lead during the coming year, and I’m looking forward to learning from my fellow female executives in the program,” Kim said.
Kim oversees COA’s Medicaid funded home and community-based care programs, including PASSPORT, Assisted Living Waiver, Ohio Home Care Waiver, MyCare Ohio and Specialized Recovery Services programs.
Kim has been with Council on Aging for more than 20 years. She has served in a variety of roles, including care manger and team leader, and business manager in COA’s housing, Care Transitions and Elderly Services Program departments. She was instrumental in the startup and success of two COA programs: the Assisted Living Waiver and Care Transitions.
