Rhonda Moore, Council on Aging’s Outstanding Professional in Aging Award Winner |
Rhonda Moore, Executive Director of Pro Seniors, was honored by Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio for her leadership and passion for legal advocacy for seniors in service to the elderly.
Moore received Council on Aging’s Outstanding Professional in Aging award at the organization’s annual meeting March 15 at the Sharonville Convention Center.
Described by others as a talented, hardworking, dedicated, and effective leader, she teaches and leads by example, which is reflected in the work of Pro Seniors. In 2014, the Pro Seniors hotline was recognized by the Center for Elder Rights Advocacy as the most efficient hotline in the country.
Rhonda’s knowledge of the law and how it impacts seniors has been an asset for Pro Seniors,” said Council on Aging President and CEO Suzanne Burke. “She is a tireless advocate who is committed to ensuring that older adults have free legal assistance and she works hard to safeguard continue funding.”
Rhonda has made significant and lasting contributions to developing Pro Seniors into a nationally recognized advocate for older Ohioans.
