Council on Aging (COA) Vice President of Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development Jacqueline Hutsell, M.Ed., PHR, HCS, is a C-Suite Award honoree for 2017. The award is presented by Venue Magazine and Lead Magazine to honor our region’s leading chief executive officers; chief operating, information, marketing, and financial officers; board level leaders; and other C-level executives. Individuals are selected based on their invaluable contributions to their organization and the region as well as their personal leadership characteristics.
Jacqueline has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of human resources and training development, including work for GE Capital, Cincinnati Financial Corporation and the Beech Acres Parenting Center where she served as Human Resources Director before joining COA in 2008.
The College Hill resident holds a bachelor`s degree in Communications and Marketing and a master`s degree in Human Resource Development, both from Xavier University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also certified as a Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute.
In addition to providing progressive and innovative leadership to COA’s human resources, training and development function, Jacqueline also serves as a mentor through the Xavier University Executive mentoring Program. She has previously been recognized as a YMCA Black Achiever and a YWCA Rising Star. She has served on several community and educational boards.
Jacqueline will be recognized along with the other honorees at the C-Suite Awards Luncheon on May 16 at the Ramada Plaza.
