With more than 350 members, Oxford Senior Center consistently ranks at the top in customer service metrics for Provider Quality Reporting, especially in the areas of driver reliability and communication with clients. One home-delivered meals client, an 89-year-old woman who has participated in the program for many years stated, “I like the healthy meals because otherwise I wouldn’t eat healthy, and I like that they deliver the meals because it’s so hard to cook for just one person!”
In addition to offering healthy meals, the center provides a wide range of supportive services to help older adults maintain their independence. These include assistance with completing Medicare and Medicaid applications, bill payments, scheduling appointments, and making related phone calls.
