Title III and Alzheimer Funds Request for Proposals (RFP) Notice

Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is currently soliciting proposals to provide services funded by Title III of the Older Americans Act, Senior and Community Services Block Grant, and Alzheimer Respite to assist Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren County seniors 60 years of age and older.
The fundable services are:
- Adult Day Services
- Alzheimer’s Education
- Caregiver Support/Education
- Congregate Meals
- Home Delivered Meals
- Information/Referral/Assistance
- Legal Assistance
- Mass Outreach
- Mental Health Assessment
- Ombudsman
- Personal Care
- Respite
- Senior Issues-Education
- Supportive Services
- Transportation
- Wellness Programs
Not all services are available in all counties.
