2010 Senior Expo Sponsorship, Exhibitor and Advertising Opportunities
The 2010 Senior Expo is 10am-5pm, May 18 at nostalgic Coney Island. Expo is a unique opportunity to showcase your goods and services before thousands of older adults, their caregivers and families. It is a day-long marketing opportunity supported by plenty of live entertainment, local celebrities, wellness activities, dancing and games.
You can be a part of this business development and information-sharing opportunity by becoming a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser at 2010 Senior Expo.
Event Details
Attendance: 3,000 to 4,000 older adults attend from the 5 counties in Southwest Ohio, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren.
Admission: $1.50 Admission ticket - Free Parking
Lunch: $1.50 Lunch ticket (60 and over)
Attractions: Wellness Activities, Caregiver Corner, Presentations of Kings & Queens, Maple Knoll Big Band, Pete Wagner Band, The Little Bitty Band, BINGO, Mike Pendell's Songs for Seniors, Tad Barney Caricature Artist, Dance Contest, Emergency Preparedness Information, plus over 100 information booths offering healthcare, housing, finances, volunteer opportunities, recreation and caregiver assistance.
Purpose: Senior Expo embodies the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio value-based mission to create opportunities that help adults maintain their dignity and support caregivers in their efforts to protect those they love. It is a one day event dedicated specifically to older adults and their caregivers. A day of learning opportunities offering a wide range of health care, housing, financial, recreational and caregiver assistance provided by more than 100 exhibitor booths.
Senior Expo is a festival event energizing guests to socialize and reinvigorate their self-worth with live big band music, dancing, sing-a-longs, riverboat cruises, a picnic lunch, bingo and more than a dozen entertainment acts showcasing the talent of area senior organizations.
Senior Expo is an opportunity for the community to hear local and state decision-makers address a variety of issues that affect older people and their families. Senior Expo guests also have the unique opportunity to personally meet with the decision-makers and share their opinions, concerns and suggestions.
Senior Expo, a valuable and successful event has maintained its value-based mission and offers first-class opportunities to Expo participants. As an investor in Senior Expo, you will help to create solutions to problems that aging brings to individuals and their families.

2010 Senior Expo Terms and Conditions
- Payment/Cancellation Policy: Payment in full must accompany this contract. Make checks payable to Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Exhibitors canceling before April 20, 2010 forfeit 50% of their Expo space rental fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued AFTER April 20, 2010.
- Space Assignments: Expo space rental fees must be received no later than April 20, 2010 for organization to be printed in Senior Expo 2010 Program Booklet. Booth assignments will be made based on space the date the contract is received and consideration of the overall best interests of the show. Booth rental after due date if space is available.
- Operation: Exhibitors will keep exhibit open and staffed from: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2010.

We are no longer accepting sponsors, exhibitors or advertisers for 2010 Senior Expo.
Each booth package includes the following:
- 10X10' booth
- 8"X30" table with plastic table cover
- 2 folding chairs

- 2 lunch tickets
Additional items may be added to your package for a fee.

Advertising Opportunities
We are no longer accepting sponsors, exhibitors or advertisers for 2010 Senior Expo.
In addition to purchasing a booth at Expo, organizations may also place an advertisement in the 2010 Senior Expo program booklet. The 2010 Senior Expo program booklet is a black and white, souvenir quality 8.5"X5.5" publication. It is distributed to every attendee at the event. You do not need to have the ad ready at the time of your purchase, but your ad must be received by April 1, 2010 to be assured space in the
